Brief Biography

Frank is a Certified IATA Instructor at Mzuzu University in the Tourism Department, Faculty of Tourism, Hospitality and Management. He holds BSc in Tourism Management from Mzuzu University. He also has the following professional qualifications from IATA Training & Development Institute, Montreal-Canada:  IATA/UFTAA Stepping into Management Diploma in International Travel and Tourism, IATA/UFTAA Consultant Diploma in International Travel and Tourism, IATA/UFTAA Foundation Diploma in International Travel and Tourism, IATA/UFTAA Certificate in Global Distribution Systems Fares and Ticketing-Galileo and Global Distribution Systems-Galileo Certificate from Galileo Travelport-Malawi. Before joining Mzuzu University, he worked as a travel Consultant at Skylinks Travel Bureau in Blantyre for two years. He has been teaching IATA/UFTAA Travel and Tourism Courses on private basis for many years.

Brief Responsibility               

Frank teaches undergraduate courses in Tour operations and management, Travel Agency operations and management, Tourism geography, Air fares and Ticketing, and Global distribution systems (GDS). He also supervises undergraduate research dissertations for students undergoing BSc Tourism Management programme.
