Mzuzu university like many many other universities upholds students’ right to religious affiliation and ensures a conducive environment for all religious groups. All religious groups are supposed to register with the university administration through the dean of students office. It is a requirement for each registered group to have one member of staff as a patron. We have a number of religious groups at the university co-existing in peace and harmony. Each year there is an interdenominational gathering where all religious groups meet and pray together. If your a student or an aspirant it is important to know that Mzuzu University recognizes students’ spiritual life as an essential part of a students well being.
