Minister of Education Visits Mzuzu University
On 20th November Her Excellency Ms Agness NyaLonje Minister of education visited Mzuzu university to officially lay the Mzuzu University library foundation stone and open the Faculty of tourism and hospitality new campus and hotel facility.
2:00 PM
The minister arrived and was welcomed and briefed by the vice chancellor.
2:30 PM
Library model 3D and architectural designs were viewed and the projects manager gave a short description on the designs. Later Foundation stone was laid
3:15 PM
The minister and Mzuzu University Management and students left for Dunduzu campus for faculty of tourism and hospitality management
4 – 6 PM
Launching and tour of the facility by the Ministers of education and Mzuzu University Management. The event was celebrated with refreshments prepared by Mzuzu University students and staff of the Faculty Tourism and Hospitality
