The project involves construction of a 5000 capacity Library and a 500 capacity auditorium. The Library building will also accommodate 52 staff offices, four boardrooms, space for commercial activities (coffee shop, banking), a data centre, and a children’s library.

Purpose built facility providing access to modern facilities research, teaching and learning purposes; a data center for for storing, managing, processing, and distributing data; library space for children as part of MZUNI’s community outreach; and increased teaching, learning and work space for students and staff.
